Grinding roller: Made of 6% manganese alloy steel, with a minimum service life of 3 years.
Ring: Constructed from standard 85 mm high-manganese alloy steel, which is harder and stronger than common iron types. The ring surface is smoother to prevent the absorption of mercury and gold into the holes.

2. How to use and maintain a wet pan mill?
Ensure that the machine is empty before starting, as it may shut down if there is material inside. Clean up any remaining ore in the machine before starting.
Start the wet pan mill and let it run idle for 3-5 minutes. Only put raw materials into the machine after it runs normally.
When feeding, screen the materials to prevent iron and hard metal debris from entering and damaging the wet pan mill plant.
Strictly feed the specified amount of ore, avoiding overloading. Use a feeder to evenly distribute the material.
Regularly check for loose screws.
Regularly add clean and well-sealed lubricating oil to the bearing part. Promptly replace any damaged bearings to ensure normal operation of gears and bearings.
While operating, check for abnormal sounds in the reducer box or bearing part, excessive temperature, or high motor current. If any of these occur, immediately shut down the machine for repair.
For safety purposes, remove the motor V-belt when examining and repairing the machine.
Cleaning is crucial for maintaining a wet pan mill’s efficiency; excessive debris or dust on its surface will directly impact its performance.
